After the text, Black draws with 5...Ke5! 6.Ke3 Ke6! instead of Fine's 6...Kd5? 7.Ke4 Kd6! 8.Kf5 8.c4 Ke6! gives Black the opposition 8...c4 9.bxc4! Kc5! and Black captures all of White's pawns.
